Event Medical Services

Savoy Event Medical Services are your one stop event medical supplier. We are able to supply a varied skillset dependant on your needs and risk assessment of your event.

Our range of skillsets can be from one event first responder (FREC3 qualified) to a diverse and dynamic team consisting of Emergency Medical Technicians, Paramedics, specialist Paramedics, Nurses, and Doctors. We can support you in your medical plan leading up to your event, attend Safety Advisory Group (SAG) meetings, right through to debriefing post event if required.

With our staff and services, you will be reassured you will be getting experienced medical staff that not only understand your demands but will adapt where necessary around your requirements.

Supporting any Event

You can be assured that our event management team are all trained with Major Incident Medical Management and Support (MIMMS) qualification, this provides a reassurance that we have a structured “all-hazards” approach to any scale incident at any event in dealing with scene management and multiple casualties irrespective of the nature of the incident and supporting recovery.

We are able to support any event in other holistic ways too. Welfare services and mental health support should be considered alongside medical provision, particularly at many large festivals. Our trained welfare team are able to help with:

  • Welfare support at events for those people that are not requiring medical support but may need mental health support or are feeling vulnerable.
  • Lost children and point of contact.

All of our staff are trained at level 3 in both Adult and Child Safeguarding along with Mental Health First Aid training. We have qualified mental health ambulance staff trained in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Managing Challenging Behaviour and Breakaway skills, alongside Restrictive Physical Interventions (restraint), in compliance with the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN).
